- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Original packaging intact, with all tags attached.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-eligible items
- Items damaged through customer use or washing.
- Requests made after the 30-day window has closed.

Receive your free label
We send a prepaid return label within 1 business day — download and print it. For change-of-mind and sizing returns, this label is free.

Pack it up
Repack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached.

Drop it off
Leave the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location.

Get your refund or exchange
Once we inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method — your PayPal balance or the card used through PayPal. There is no restocking fee.
⚠️ Defective or wrong items: If an item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, you receive a full refund including the original shipping fee, and return shipping is always free.
Shipping fee policy
The original $4.95 shipping fee is non-refundable except when an item is defective or the wrong item was sent. Return shipping itself is free for change-of-mind and sizing returns — we do not charge a return shipping fee.
Canceling an Order
Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet entered production. Because items are produced upon order, production can start soon after checkout, so please email [email protected] as quickly as possible with your order number.
- Before production begins: we cancel the order and issue a full refund, including shipping.
- After production begins: the order can no longer be canceled, but it may still qualify for a return or exchange under this policy once delivered.
