These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of cheerwyn.com. By using the store, you agree to them. Effective date: October 5, 2026.

By accessing or purchasing from cheerwyn.com, a website operated by Dravonix LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. Our products are adult apparel intended for adult customers.

3. Account & orders

You are responsible for providing accurate order and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping is a $4.95 flat rate within all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Items are printed to order with 2–5 business days of production and 3–5 business days of delivery. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

6. Returns & exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We offer Easy Returns & Exchanges with free return shipping on change-of-mind and sizing returns.

7. Product information & availability

All products are produced upon order. We try to display products and colors accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on cheerwyn.com — including designs, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Dravonix LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimers

The store and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dravonix LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dravonix LLC from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the store.
