Production & Delivery
How your order moves
Processing time
Because every item is printed to order, we need 2–5 business days to produce your order before it ships. Production begins after your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery time
Once your order leaves production, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days nationwide. In total, expect 5–10 business days from the date you order.
Shipping carriers
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your location and order, and the specific carrier appears in your shipping confirmation email.

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations.
🌎 United States only. Cheerwyn does not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking & Issues
After your order ships
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use it to follow your package through to delivery.
Lost or missing packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, or it stops updating, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We open an investigation with the carrier, which takes 3–5 business days. Once resolved, we send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Failed delivery / wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a re-ship fee may apply to send it again.
Order changes
Changes or cancellations can only be made before production begins. Email [email protected] as soon as possible and we will help if the order has not yet entered production.
💲 Sales tax: The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.
